MISSION STATEMENT:
It is our mission to help you and your organization master the interpersonal skills that will separate your performance from the crowd. We are committed to helping your team members identify the behavioral tendencies that prevent you both from realizing more effective and productive relationships. We are committed to providing candid, informed feedback and innovative skills training to ameliorate "systems problems" while improving individual performances. Based on the latest organizational and behavior research, we are "outcome oriented", and driven by our own hunger for excellence.
We want to collaborate in your success, while developing a network of mutually advantageous, long-term relationships. We are committed to help you realize your individual and team goals." To accomplish this mission, we have assembled a noteworthy group of associates who are committed to this vision, and who are ready to participate in your success. Furthermore, we believe that the acquisition of both interpersonal skills and effective workplace behaviors share the same content and process. Assertiveness, decision-making, problem solving, effective communication, public speaking, and managing time are important learned behaviors.
More noteworthy, overcoming obstacles, tolerating frustration or disappointment, and managing emotions are imperative to the growth and success of any organization or individual component. Arguably, the most important skill that we coach is the ability to give and receive constructive criticism or "feedback" among family, friends, supervisors, and co-workers.
We believe that the most successful companies, organizations, and relationships that we work with are thriving because they have developed and nurtured many of the above skills sets. They have created and coached an identifiable system of fair, firm, and tactful "feedback" opportunities between the managers and team members. We are committed to help you lead this process of change.
No group or organization is too big or too small to benefit from our curriculum. Contact us today for more information on our customized trainings, workshops, and confidential psychological evaluations and assessments. Call us at (760) 458-5041 for all of your Applied Behavioral Solutions!
